Alejandro holds a Masters in Geology/Earth Science from Curtin University and degree in Geology from Universidad Industrial de Santander (Colombia). He is well versed in mining operations for both exploration and mining including drillhole planning, mapping and 3D modelling, grade control through to geometallurgy.
Alejandro applies his geometallurgy expertise to the TESCAN TIMA automated mineralogy solution with the generation of mineralogical and also geometallurgical reports of liberation analysis. These are directly applied to minerals exploration and the optimisation of processing plants.
He has provided valuable input to many AMI projects, in particular PGM drilling results reported by Pantoro resources to the ASX.
