The Automated Mineralogy Incubator (AMI) is a niche mineralogical consulting service that encompasses world-class mineralogists and geologists and cutting-edge analytical technology to bring you complete mineralogy and element deportment on your exploration and mining samples.

The AMI lab is based in Belmont, Perth (WA) where we have:

• 2 TESCAN TIMAs (automated mineralogy analysers)
• The world’s first ELEMISSION ECORE high-speed LIBS (Laser induced breakdown spectroscopy) core scanning machine
• Rigaku XRD

These instruments are supported by a complete sample preparation lab and a team of highly experienced mineralogists who can provide detailed reports and interpretations.

Using these instruments, we can analyse your drill core, chip samples or concentrates to provide a complete mineral map and relevant element maps to allow you to better understand your samples for the next stage in your workflow.

We have a variety of service models from complete consultancy service through to simply scanning your material and allowing you to do the interpretation via the dedicated software.

We have created a mineralogical hub where we can provide services and training for industry as well as special support for academic research.
